Cat Lounge Visit

Service Description

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: * The minimum age for one hour is 10. If anyone in your party is under 10, PLEASE BOOK EVERYONE using our Kiddy Kitty Visit, which is 30 minutes and requires a Kitty Consent Test. Do NOT book adults under regular/discount if you have kids under 10 in your group. * Regular visit is $12/person plus tax and includes two menu items. Discount for 55+, Students, Teachers, 1st Responders, Military/Vets, Shelter/Rescue staff/volunteers is $10 plus tax, so select only if you qualify. Kiddy Kitty is $6/person plus tax for 30 minutes in the lounge and one menu item. EVERYONE pays admission, regardless of age (yes, that includes children under 2). * Our address is 207 Broad St, Kingsport, TN 37660. We are near Broad & Market. * 12 people is our max lounge capacity. * Children 15 and under must be with an adult. There must be one adult for every child under 6 PER CHILD who is actively supervising that child AT ALL TIMES and no more than 3 children under 9 unless you have rented the lounge. We CANNOT and DO NOT provide daycare services. * If you have more than 6 people in your group, please email us at meow@boopsandbeanscatcafe.com. Please do NOT book more than one reservation to make it total more than 6 people. * EVERYONE—regardless of age—must leave if they do not follow our lounge rules. We are creating a relaxing, safe environment. Running, yelling, roughhousing, or otherwise disrupting the cats or customers is NOT allowed. Any behavior that threatens the safety of our cats or other lounge patrons is subject to a zero-tolerance policy. * Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in. If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not messaged us, then your spot may be given to a walk-in. * Everyone in your party MUST sign a waiver BEFORE entering the lounge. Minors must have a parent or guardian sign for them at the time of check-in. The form is available on our website, but you will sign in person. Your visit is AT YOUR OWN RISK. * Sanitizing your hands is required upon entry. * You may bring in outside food or drinks (NO ALCOHOL). Just do NOT let the kitties eat or drink human food (or knock it over), and please clean up after yourself. * There is LOTS of FREE parking in Downtown Kingsport, including a huge parking garage one block from our cafe. * Our FAQ page has lots of helpful info.
