• Be gentle and respect the cats—do not disturb sleeping cats.

• NO RUNNING OR CHASING CATS.

• Use low voices—NO yelling or screaming.

• Adults must supervise children under 12 at ALL times.

• Ask a team member before picking up a cat (kitties in your lap are OK if they climb up themselves . . . just know that you're now obligated to sit there until they're ready to leave).

• Pet at your own risk and ONLY if kitty wants. Red collar kitties can be spicy and need a little extra space.

• Our cats are NOT declawed. They may scratch, even though they didn’t mean to hurt you.

• Watch where you step (and step gently!)

• Do not climb, sit, or stand on any furniture.

• Watch your food and drinks, and don’t feed people food to the cats. We have kitty treats available.

• Anyone entering the lounge MUST sign our waiver.

• Please notify a team member of any emergencies, health or safety concerns, or accidents that need to be cleaned.

• ​Please keep the lounge and bathroom doors closed, and do not enter the marked staff/volunteer areas.

***To ensure the safety of our kitties and guests, we reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the lounge at any time if the Rules are not being followed.***
