✔ Must go to a home with a cat Initially planned for TNR and return to her colony, Penelope showed the possibility she could acclimate to indoor life, and the rescue gave her that chance. She came around very quickly thanks to the love and commitment of her foster family. She’s still getting used to the lounge environment, so she is a bit shy right now. But we are sure she will blossom here. For now, she plays with her brother and thinks toys are just the best!
