Edgar (bonded w/Scout)

✔ Good with cats ✔ Good with kids Edgar and Scout didn’t come to the café together, but they became best friends while here. So, we think it’s important that they find a furever home together. Edgar and his mom used to roam a Bristol neighborhood, but homeowners reached out to a rescue to get them to safety. Edgar settled into indoor life as if he’d been waiting for it all along. He’s an incredibly easygoing, adaptable boy who gets along well with other cats and dogs. Edgar still plays like a kitten and is curious about his world. Sweet, playful, and social, Edgar would make a wonderful companion in just about any home. Scout was living in a cat colony whose feeder became unable to care for the cats, so they were left to fend for themselves. Things got worse when a neighbor started shooting the cats. A rescue volunteer fostered him for a year to spare him from the violence. Scout is a bit reserved and enjoys watching the world from above sometimes. But his best buddy, Edgar, helps bring him out of this shell. Scout LOVES other cats. And with time and patience (and LOTS of scratches on the side of his face), he will be a loyal and friendly hooman companion as well.
