Edgar was spotted roaming a neighborhood in Bristol, TN with his mom. While the homeowners were kind, Edgar’s enthusiasm for stirring up the dogs and “helping” in the flowerbeds earned him an unexpected reputation. One email to Dos Rios later, Edgar and his mom were safely on their way to rescue. Edgar settled into indoor life as if he’d been waiting for it all along. He is an incredibly easygoing, adaptable boy who gets along well with other cats and has even adjusted happily to a large dog in his foster home. Though estimated to be around two years old, Edgar still plays like a kitten and is endlessly curious about his world. A true toy enthusiast, Edgar has a special love for catnip bananas—but really, any toy will do. Sweet, playful, and social, Edgar would make a wonderful companion in just about any home. He’s ready to trade his roaming days for a couch, a toy basket, and a family to call his own.
